For Contractors & Builders

Refer the Work or Request a Bid.

Pool builders, roofers, landscapers, and remodelers run across screen enclosure, roll-down screen, and pergola work constantly. If it isn't what your crews do, hand it to us. You earn a referral fee on every project that closes — and you never touch the quote, the engineering, the approvals, or the warranty.

Submit a Bid Request or a Lead

One form for both tracks — tell us which one you're on and we'll route it correctly. General Contractors get trade pricing and a written scope back. Referral partners get their terms agreed in writing before anything moves, and Al contacts the client within 24 hours.

Prefer to talk it through first? Call Al directly — that's usually the fastest way to get terms set.

Referral partners: include the client's name and best contact number so Al can reach them directly.

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by an authorized representative of Big Al's Aluminum. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Straight Talk

Why the Number Comes From Us

These aren't catalog products. Every enclosure and pergola is engineered to the wind-load and exposure category at one specific address, and the price moves with the attachment conditions, the slab, the roofline, and the municipality reviewing it. A number quoted from a photo or a walk-by is a number that changes once the engineering is done.

That's a bad position to put you in. If you hand your client a figure and it moves later, you're the one walking it back — on a job you don't even profit from directly. We'd rather protect your relationship than let you carry that risk. So Al does the site visit, presents the number himself, and stands behind it.

The exception is a General Contractor. If you hold the prime contract, you're carrying scope and risk across the whole project, and pricing our portion is simply part of your job. We'll give you firm trade pricing and a defined written scope to build into your bid.

The Referral Process

Four Steps, and Three of Them Are Ours

Send It Over

Call, text, or use the form below. Client name, property address, and a sentence about what they want is enough to start.

We Make Contact

Al reaches out to your client within 24 hours and books the on-site consultation — and tells you when it's set.

We Take It From There

Site measure, design, sealed engineering, building department approval, fabrication, installation, and final walkthrough.

You Get Paid

Your referral fee is issued once the project is complete and paid in full. Terms are agreed in writing before your first handoff.

What You Can Count On

Our Side of the Deal

We Stay in Our Lane

We build aluminum — screen enclosures, roll-down screens, and pergolas. We don’t build pools, roofs, decks, outdoor kitchens, or landscape. Your core work is never at risk from us.

Your Client Stays Yours

We don’t market other trades to the people you send us, and we don’t pass their information to anyone else. You made the introduction; we respect it.

Licensed, Bonded, Insured

Florida State Certified Contractor, carrying general liability and workers’ comp. Certificates on request, and we’ll name you as additional insured where a GC requires it.

Our Own Crews

We fabricate in our own shop and install with our own crews — never subcontracted out. The people on your client’s property are ours, and they represent you too.

You’re Never the Last to Know

You hear from us when the estimate goes out, when approval lands, and when the job is finished. If something slips, you find out from us first.

The Paperwork Is Ours

Sealed engineering drawings, building department submission, and inspections are handled on our end. Nothing on this job lands back on your license.

Partner Questions

Before You Send the First One

It scales with the size of the project, and we agree it with you in writing before your first handoff — so there’s never a question about what’s owed or when. We’d rather give you a real number for your situation than publish a figure that doesn’t fit every job. Call Al and he’ll tell you directly.

After the project is complete and the client has paid in full. We’ll give you the expected timeline when we agree terms, and you’ll know where the job stands the whole way through — you won’t be chasing us for a status.

If you’re a General Contractor carrying this in a prime contract, yes — that’s exactly the GC track, and we’ll give you firm trade pricing and a written scope. If this isn’t work you self-perform, we ask that you don’t present pricing, because a number given before the engineering is done tends to move, and you’re the one who has to explain it. Refer it instead and take the fee without the exposure.

Tell them it’s engineered per address so the honest answer needs a site visit, and hand them to us. We’ll book it fast, and you’re still credited as the referral — introducing us doesn’t cost you the fee.

We partner with licensed, insured contractors and established trade businesses. Referring a lead isn’t contracting, but we’d rather build this with people who carry their own credentials. If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, call and ask — it’s a short conversation.

No. We only do aluminum, so there’s nothing of yours for us to chase. We won’t quote their pool, their roof, their deck, or their landscape, and we won’t recommend somebody else for it either. If they ask us, we point them back to you.

Client name, phone number, property address, and one line about what they’re asking for. That’s it. If you’ve got photos or a site plan, they help, but they’re not required.
